what do you feed your fish?

Flakes, pellets, frozen, or live food or even seaweed.
i feed my fish a combo of 4 things through out the day.
i use feed frozen food once a day normally in midday.
i use larger pellets for my Sailfin Tang, Hippo Tang, and Fox face. but both my cardinal fish like the large pellets. and my small clownish tries to eat the large pellets even though they don't fit into his mouth. than i feed small pellets for the Clownish, Fire fish, and green chromes. and i put a couple little pieces of seaweed in the tank though out the day.

I use all four, throughout the week.
I use Omega One marine flake, ORA pellets, frozen krill, mysis, prawn, algae formula, and formula A and B, and I use dried seaweed sheets.

I feed Marine Supreme by Pro Salt. It has an excellent blend of meats and veggies. I also feed frozen krill sometimes. All are soaked in a rotation of Vitachem and Zoecon.
