What do you feed your fish?

Waiting for tank to cycle...for my first fish I am wanting to get a pair of clowns then eventually a coral beauty, goby, tang and whatever else will get along. I have a 125 FOWLR. Anyone have suggestions on what I should start off feeding the fish? I will diversify their food but would like their routine diet to be something I can put in an automatic feeder whenever I travel so want them to be used to that. Thanks in advance!

I feed hikari pellets (a mixture of seaweed extreme and a Marine S). They only get these once a week to make sure they continue to eat them. When I am away they go into my auto feeder in a 50-50 mixture.

The majority of the time I use a mixture of frozen. PE mysis, emerald entre ( this I can get at *****) and hikari mega marine. All except the pe mysis are omnivore foods. For the Tangs I use sheets of dried algae.

Mysis, sprilina brine, mega marine, ova, sheets of dried sea weed. My clowns eat pellets but not many of my other fish

I just started feeding a variety pack with 4 different types of frozen...(emerald entrée, marine cuisine, phytoplankton, and brine) I also feed omega pellets and omega flakes each with garlic that the company adds...my fish and inverts now seem much happier
