I keep a journal. Having 12 tanks, it's a must. I started a thread here somewhere asking for other's format to see what everyone else was using.... I don't think anyone answered. :-(

I just recently started a log.
Good dilligence with those logs! I dont test nearly as often as you, and I rarely test for ever single level like you do... But i have recently starterd writing it down.
I test salinitiy and temp just about everyday (A.M and P.M)
Because i have to add calcium supplement atleast twice a week, i always log when i do a dosage, just so i can keep an aye on things and make sure i am adding enough.
I test for Alk Calcium and PH one a week
I test for Ammonia Nitrite very rarely, and Nitrate about every 2 weeks.
My logs however look very similary to yours. I think logs are not only a great tool for keeping track of trends in your water params, but also for remembering when you did what (e.x water change, added heater, cleaned media, dosed additives)

I use a calender. I dont really log everything because generally everything is the same. I only log dosing- or when something tests out of whack. I note the levels the amount of dose then the resulting levels. makes it easy to figure how large a dose of what I need. occasionally I will note the4 time of day on the test/dose/end results. but I am kind of lax about that. I dont bother testing PH because I know if my other parameters are on the PH will be between 8.2 and 8.4 every time. after years of testing I have come to realize PH testing is primarily good for begginners to know if something may be out of whack and quite often the methods for remedying ph problems are not addressing the actual cause.
like
the day before yesterday was:
vodka 2ml
calcium 380 dowflake 420
alk 6dkh 1/2 teaspoon buff 7dkh
only when my tank was crashing did I have to write really small to fit everything.

I could not help seeing that your nitrates are consistently 0.
I have had a tank for almost 5 years and have never been below 25 or so.
How in the world do you actually get a 0 in nitrates !??
I am open to suggestions
I have 65 gal with 40# live rock, aragonite sand
1- hippo tang
1- procupine puffer
1- maroon clown
1- starfish
1- pencil urchin
wet/dry system (currently slowly switching bioballs to live rubble rock and chaeto)
water change about 20% every 2 weeks

My tank is a low feed reef. So I don’t input much food (nitrate). You have to feed those fish and that is where the waste is coming from. There is always some trade-off, feed as little as you can. Or if there was no procupine puffer and maroon clown the nitrate would fall.
