works very well for LPS corals. the tenticles come right out for it. I feed it to my open brain, candycane, hammer and yellow polyps. Pretty much all that I feed them twice a week and they're all doing great. Even the fish and shrimp suck it down. They're pretty big plankton easily indivisually visable, bout the size of tiny pods. Its pretty much a brine shrimp substitute that has a little more nutritional value.
