What do you think?

Well it was hard to do. Last summer I bought a baby volitan lionfish thinking this summer I would have a bigger tank (46 gal is my current tank size). However it didnt work out. My lionfish grew to be about 9" long in one year. I decided it would be best to trade him in which was pretty hard. I wanted to get a radiata lionfish, but unhealthy ones kept coming in. I didnt want a bunch of fish to die before a healthy one came in so I decided to go with the dwarf lionfish. I wanted to get some opinons from people if I could add a second one. I have one snowflake eel, one enginner goby, one valentini puffer and one dwarf lion now. I have excellent filtration, and keep in mind I had the same set-up with the adult lionfish and kept my levels at 0 with no problems.

No my puffer gets along great with the lion. The only thing the puffer ever bothers in an occassional snail.

hmm
i wanted a fu manchu, but i got a calentini before had. so far he hasnt bothered anything. My eel gets mad when the puffer will come up and take his krill off of the stick, but the puffer has never done anything to harm him in rataliation. I think ill test him with some inverts and other things before hand. I probably wont even do it jsut cause i dont think it would be a good idea.

this is what ive read:
"The Shortfin Lionfish or Dwarf Lionfish is one of the most personable marine fish! They get along well and are passive with other lions and other fish!"

I know that two of them are compatable together Im just wondering if my bioload will be to much with two. I think it sounds overstocked, but I think with my filtration and weekly water changes I would be able to keep two plus the rest of my livestock.
