What do you feed your fish??
I just recently started feeding a home made mixture made from various sea creatures bought at the grocery store.

primarily the same thing with me, anything that hits that water is toast.
I feed my own mix that I make from the grocery store, brine shrimp, krill, flake food, and a mix my LFS makes that has seaweed, cows heart, and garlic in it. Mmm protein.

5 different prepared frozen foods cubes (formula 1 and 2, plankton, angel formula, high protien) that I cycle through, feeding a different one each feeding (every 2 or 3 days). I also spot feed my anenomes, plate coral, starfish, and shrimp (only because they won't leave the plate alone if they don't get some of the food) with a frozen grocery store mix of squid, shrimp and scallops. I also suppliment feed with flake formula 1 and spirulina.

My fish get a mix of frozen, fresh and flake foods. theyll get either frozen brine, live brine, mysis or frozen algae based frozen foods. I kind of have to feed them 2 kinds at a time. I feed the algae based food first so my tang will eat that to keep its color, then ill put in the brine or mysis to finish the feeding. Feeding them the same everyday is like eating a peanut butter and jelly sandwich every day for every meal. it gets boring.
