I was just wondering (too much slack time at work tonight) what our fish think when they see us walking around and staring at them. Any suggestions? Get creative on this one.
I think my Clarkii clownfish looks out at me and my girlfriend and wonders if we are going to spawn.
The damsel wonders if we are compatible, since we have disimilar body types.
The Royal Gramma sees us opening our mouths and barking at each other and say's to itself " I can relate" !
The firefish just looks out and wishes we would change the channel - it hates MTV !
Nice looking reef piscesblue, I have a few questions for you, 1. whats that white thing on your glass on the lower left side, 2. I noticed you took your sponge of your seaclone skimmer, is there a reason you did this??
I'm not sure what you are looking at, but in the august pics, the white thing on the right is my algae scrapper and I bought my seaclone used, didn't know they had a sponge. Where does the sponge go? Maybe this is why my tank is full of bubbles! I'll post new pics soon and thanks for your kind words.
My fish wonder why the aquarium I live in doesn't have any coral in it and how boring it must be for me.
My fish think why is this guy always looking at us. In the morning, afternoon, and night he really needs a life lol. Then they think boy we are lucky he does not let that grey furball get us I heard they like fish. <img src="graemlins//urrr.gif" border="0" alt="[urrr]" />
how bout, ya know, if i were free, i would have 7 wives and acres of swim area to play,
but here, i get fed without hunting and safety from preditors, thanks dad,
for not cramming me in a lil bag like that again
and for not sticking me in a lil bitty container(even though this is much smaller thatn the coean), at least i can play instead of always running
most of the fish go to the top corner of the tank and say "alright lunch time", the alge blenny looks back saying "what are u looking at". they all say "that big grey thing with the whiskers is lookin at us again"
The Foam pre-filter goes on your turbo-venturi were your air tube goes in, you can get 2 foam cartridges w/strainer for you skimmer for $9.60

Mine say,
This species (homo erectus) is quite territorial. The male of the species never leaves the confines of his sitting device and will become quite hostile at any other creature who is in his place when he is present.
Another demonstration of the male's territorialism is that the small hand held device never leaves his side. If the female of the species tries to obtain it, to alter the lights and sounds coming out of the large box opposite the male, she is rudefully scolded and chastised...and eventually leaves him alone.
Quite a hardy species...and the male is highly compatible with multiple females of the same species.
