What does an anemone need to thrive

When I first got into this hobby 3 years ago I wanted an anemone two clown fish and a 6 gallon Eclipse tank. It fit on the shelf. Well I wised up and learnt that these are not a good started animal. I am starting to think I would like a RBTA. What are its requirements to thrive?

A large, mature tank with high intensity lighting(t-5 or MH). It is recommended to have your tank running stable for 6 months before the addition of an anemone.
If you cant wait that long, a rock anemone would be a more hardy, less demanding species.

Thats one of the harder ones to start out with,, why dont you start with a condi.. The usual, HALIIDES prefered.. Great water quality, established tank, clown fish will help it thrive, and an abundance of different meaty foods..
