yes that is normal for the toadstool to bend over he will do what he wants. (wait till he sheds you will be posting again) Tank looks good. Maybe a little more live rock but that comes with time

here is my pic of my toadstool He is pissed at me right now because i bumped him will adding some more corals. He can stay like this for a week.

Is your tank really cloudy, or is it the camera?
Also, for kicks, what are all your parameters including calcium and alkalinity?
It is not necessarily abnormal for it to do this, but corals can indicate problems with water quality so it is always a good thing to review.

It's the camera. The water parameters are good but the calcium is low only 395. That's the first thing I thought could be making the leather act that way. Saltinty is 1.023. temp 78. The tank is in a place that it gets some sun light in the day. But it is 5 or 6 feet away from the sliding glass doors. I don't have a back ground either. When I first started I was going to make a free standing so both side had a view. But the lr and corals would fall so I recently moved them to the back and need to start adding more lr

Your calcium level at 395 isn't bad.....Is it consistent at 395? I would bump my salinity to around 1.025 though.....

I am working on bring the salt level up. going to do a water change tonight. I could not belive it this morning the toadstool leather was standing up put he was on the bottom in the sand. When my husand got him for me that is where he was, so I quess that he is happy how.

I say something green also. Like Green star polyps, some zoas, and mushrooms, Maybe something yellow.
