What exactly IS a pod?

I have LR and have noticed little whitish/clearish wormy things running like mad in and out of holes- what are they? Are they good or bad? THANKS:cheer:

More than likely they're pods. They'll eat uneaten scraps on the floor of the tank.

ahhhhhhhh. ok, yeah. i got tons of those dudes everywhere. sometimes they're all over the glass.

I just got LR today and saw a brown thing about 2-3mm. long.
It has a suction thing on the top and moves slowly up the glass. What is it? Could it be a pod? I would get a pic but it fell of and I can't find it.

Daredevil: could it have been a baby snail or nudibranch? Might also have been a flatworm. Hard to tell without a pic.

macro=macroalgae, the more-desirable "large" forms of algae such as caulerpa or chaetomorpha. They're generally much nicer to look at and often easier to control than microalgae like green hair.

Does anyone have pics of baby nudibranch or snails. If it was I think it got sucked into the filter. Anyhow does any1 have pics? Thanks
