No, you're looking at a minimum of a 6 bulb T5HO unit with new brand name bulbs for an anemone. That will cost you between the $300 and $400 range.
Why don't you experiment with keeping fish alive first, before jumping into corals and anemones? Take baby steps before you jump in. Read a few good hobbyist books like the Conscientious Marine Aquarist by Bob Fenner and a slew of others. Read some guides on this site. Here's a good start: https://forums.saltwaterfish.com/t/388776/guides-for-new-hobbyists
Take it slow and easy. Post a picture of your tank and let us know your water parameters, water flow, and some more about the equipment you are using. Let us know what your water change schedule is like, and what salt you are using. Let us know some more about your tank before we recommend critters to keep. This is to keep you from spending an unnecessary amount of money on livestock, only to have it perish because you weren't informed about it when you purchased.
Remember, Baby steps.
Welcome to the forums, I hope you enjoy your stay.
