I will make a list of the fishes that you have put down and try my best to help

.Flame angel - well I have one in my tank now and it is a very good addition as its easy to care for and would be a good addition to your tank I think, but just watch the yellow tang in the first few days as my yellow tang showed a bit of agression to the flame when first added.
. Naso tang - I would pass on this as these fishes get big and need lots of swimming space - 8 ft long tang
. Lyre tail anthias - these would be fine but try to buy a group of 3+ as they are community fish, but I dont know how hardy they are
. fox face - I think the foxface might be ok, I would just be wary of its spines
. Bi colour angel - should be fine, same as flame angel
. red belted angel - never heard of this so I cant give advice
. Tomini tang - Just like the yellow tang except not as hardy
. Flame hawkfish - should be fine just I think I heard somewhere it eats small fishes so it might try to eat a few damsels
. lemon peel angel - Not as hardy as the flame or bi colour angel but is still a nice fish
Hope this helps

Yeh the anthias should be fine as long as you can keep nitrates and stuff down but personally I would get the flame angel, they are awesome

and I reccomend just getting one or two from that list otherwise it will probally be overstocked

why not a flasher or fairy wrasse. There are so many and all have very nice color.

Angels are beautiful, BUT be aware they are prone for nipping at corals...that being said, I have a coral beauty and a flame in my 225G and they have not nipped at anything
I just recently lost my lemonpeel..BUT they are BEAUTIFUL...had it in my 54G, and it never nipped at anything either
I LOVE ANTHIAS.....I think you could do 3 easily....as long as you do not overfeed, and do good tank maintenance

+1 on the lemonpeel/coral beauty!
+1 on the flasher/fairy wrasse!
Id take out all the blue damsels and replace em with chromis...blue-greens/blue reefs!
Also id add a trio of chalk basslets! That is however just my opinion and or if it was my tank!

I replied to this yesterday from my phone, but for some reason it just wouldn't post.
I think you'd be okay to add a trio of FEMALE lyretial anthias and a dwarf angel if you feed and maintain your tank properly. As we discussed in an email, one of the females will change to male, which can be really cool to watch. I've noticed that if you allow a female to change to male in your tank, rather than purchase an already changed male, they are more hardy. Lyretails are one of the easier of the anthias. Definitely start with more than one feeding a day, but mine live happily with just one feeding a day.
Since you already have two tangs, I wouldn't recommend a third. You could also try a flasher and/or fairy wrasse IF you have some sort of a secure top because they are known to be jumpers.
I'm a heavy stocker, so you actually could get away with a dwarf angel, a trio of anthias and a small wrasse, but you would have to be spot on with maintenance.
Of the dwarf angels you listed, the flame is probably the best bet. They tend to be a little more reef safe than some others, but as with any angel, it's a risk

Flame angel
I will vote for this because its really easy to manage and handle .The very soft and gentle in behavior. It is the only fish in which i never saw any aggression or behavior problem. So you should go for this although the other options are also best.
