I already have a lmb in my 180 and I want another fish that will eat algae but not become territorial towards the lmb. Would a bicolor blenny work?

For me, Yellow Tang didn't do a thing for algae. Kole Tang scrubbed my tank free of algae in no time. Took him like one day in the tank to rid ALL the algae on the glass, rocks, and everything!!! :happyfish

Yellow Tangs can be pretty aggressive, you should add him last. Kole Tang aren't so aggressive so you should add him first. Your tank is large enough to keep them. Always QT first since you have a large tank and you'll have a lot of trouble catching them if they ever get sick... :happyfish

I was gonna add a royal gramma, and 3 firefish next. Should I add the kole before them or should I add them first and then the kole?

Shouldn't matter about those. Just the Kole before the yellow. I second the foxface, mine eats 3x as much algae as my purple tang.

no, the other fish would have to impail themselves onto the dorsal fin of the foxface. I have been stung before. It hurts a little, like a bee sting.
