What Fish Like To Be Cleaned?

I have a scarlet skunk cleaner shrimp but none of my fish let him near them...they act like he's going to eat them. What fish like to be cleaned?
My fish are:
3 chromis
2 ocellaris
1 tail spot blenny
1 yellow wrasse

IME gobies, blennies, and I've seen other people have thier tangs cleaned
mostly by blood shrimp though
aka fire shrimp
