What fish to buy?

I am going to my LFS tomorrow and buying a fish. Right now i have 5 turbo snails, 1 emerald crab and 2 blue damsels. I may get rid of the two damsels because they are nasty to each other and i dont want them to be teritorial and nasty to other new fish. My tank is 65 gallons, about a month old. What fish do you think would be appropriate to buy for a begginer and a new tank?
specific gravity- 1.024
NO3- 23
NH4-0
PO4-.2
pH-8.3
KH/ALK-8.6
PLEASE HELP ME

i would start out with maybe a pair of clowns, a pygmy angel, a yellow or purple tang, maybe a sixline wrasse, a goby. Thats all i can think of off the top of my head

Minus the tangs and you should be ok. I started with 2 percula clowns. They are hardy and have lots of personality.

Ya i was thinkin clowns. Why cant i get a yellow tank now? I hope to eventually get one.
Can i add both the clown fish in at the same time?

yeah you could add the 2 clowns at the same time. You can get a yellow tang in time just wait for your tank to establish it self. But i would say that is the only tang you should put in there.

i think that your no3 -23 it's littel high and before you put the clown you need to make a water cheng and to reduce your nitrate. more then that your tank still new and if you don't want to get into syndrome of a new tank you need to wait little and to see that your nitrate not cross 5.0 maybee you feed to much , from my bed experience at the beginning i do the same and after i start to lose the fish. and always it's beeter to put one fish and let
wait 2 weeks and to see that everything ok (the water reading level) and then to add other one. start always with the not aggressive one (yellow tang should be the last one).
i have 2 clown and i add one after one with 2 weeks space.
good luck

Should i do a 30% water change?
I understand i shouldnt put in 2 fish at a time but i want the clowns to be a good pair off the bat.
Plus i added 3 damsels at the same time and they all did fine until one got smashed in the rocks somehow ( i think he swam in a hole and couldnt get back out i guess)
