What fish to get?

In my tank i have 2 fish. a sixline Soapfish and a volitan Lionfish, both are good and healthy size.
what can i put in there that wont get beaten up or eaten by the two. I know i need to get something that cant fit in both of their mouths, but what fish would be the best tank mates.

wont the angle nip at the lion though? i am new to the saltwater world, but thats what i've heard

For the most part the compatability charts say that a Lion and Angel are compatable. However fish are their own well fish and each will do what it will do. It is one of those you pays your money and you takes your chances kind of thing. Here is the chart from another site.

i am not so much worried about what i can put with the lion. but i bought a nice size Naso Tang and it was cool around the lion. but the Soapfish kept attacking him. But large angels will do fine with the soapfish? what else is good?

Soapfish I believe is a grouper from the family Serranidae. Check the chart in post #6.

your problem will be with the soapfish, lions generally won't bother anything they can't fit in their mouth. Soapfish and groupers can be intolerant of tankmates as they get larger. Triggers and puffers would be fine with the soapfish, but definately not with the lion.
