with just regular flourescent lights you wont be able to keep any anemones, and probably not any corals.
if you want to spend a little money, ive read that bubble tip anemones can be kept with coralife power compact flourescents, but depending on how large your tank is, can be a little expensive.
if youre really into getting anemones and corals, you should probably invest in some metal halide lights. there are no better lights you can get for your tank and its mates.

50/50s are good for alot of coral and maybe a bubble tip anemone.
youd probably want to avoid SPS corals, most anemones and clams.
how long is your tank?
metal halides can be really expensive, depending on how many you'll need.(which depends on the length of the tank)
