Are you referring to acclimation or... dripping a chemical - slowly releasing it into your tank?

When I leave town for a few days, I do a freshwater drip. Here's a pic. Airline tube in the jug, held down by an airstone. The blue thing on the drip end is an adjustable air regulator only I'm using it for water...
I tried it with Kalk, and it kept getting clogged with calcium. But this is one way to drip supplements. Not drip acclimate, as others mentioned.
