what is a good pump?

I have a 20 gallon DIY Sump with built in skimmer hooked to a 65 gallon tank. The pump I had on it quit and I was wondering what would be a good pump to use on this? Also, what would be the best powerheads for circulation in my tank?

i'm running Lifeguard "Quiet One" (old, brown x2. new ones are blue) on my tank. no problems so far. pretty quiet, they add a little heat to tank. as for powerheads/circulation, i use rio's older, purchased used. frustrating part about the rio's is when the power goes out, they sometimes need help in restarting, which may include removal from tank, and minor disassembly. i don't have any experience w/ other p/heads.

as far as powerheads go, i use a maxi-jet. i've had others, but this one seems to be the most appealing to me. i like the no nonsense design and my 1200 kicks a** in my 20g long. it just seems to be very well made and pretty affordable in my opinion....

I would say for a submersible return pump, the Mag 7 would be good. For circulation, the Maxi-Jets are great.
