My fish died off from ich about a month ago. The adults are gone, now it is time for another fish. I don;t want any fish with ich,and Iknow what to look for as far as healthy fish goes, I have a 29 gallon reef setup. I want something colorful, but durable and hardy... Any ideas??????

There are a few options, how about some firefish, clowns, some sought of blenny(I love my bicolor), cardinal or a sixline wrasse. If you are worried about ich stick with a low stocking density, such as one or two fish and add inverts if you want more action. What did you have before and do you know why they got ich.

I would definitely go with sixline wrasse. They are colorful, active (they swim around and through your live rock). They don't get sick easily either. Very hardy I might say. I've had two in the past. One died because it jumped; not by disease. The other died for unknown reason; not by identifiable disease.

Damsels are hardy... But they are kind of a commitment if your have established rockwork.

I had damsels......could never catch em. I had 3 of them and a coral beauty. What can i get to clear up thegreen algae growing on everything, like a dragonet or a psychadelic?

I cant remember what the cycle time on ich is off hand might want to wait until you absolutely know that its cycle is down. so the new fish wont get the infection.
damsels suck. I would go for a clown or mated pair of clowns myself.

dragonet or a psychadelic?
i would not go with either of these do to their diet they need a large pod population and a ton of rockwork for the pods to populate.general rule is a year old mature pod population with a large enough tank that the fish cant wipe out the pod population and starve.
IMO
