I have tons of water flow through the tank my return pump has 2 lines going back into the tank. Then i have 3 powerheads pointed in different directions. So it has a pretty good amount of flow.

I believe the question of stray current was misunderstood, In the way of stray current meaning a short in your power causing your fish to get electrocuted.
If you have a volt meter set it to 120volts. Place the black cord in your ground on the wall socket and the red in the tank. If you have a short you will get a voltage reading.

i wasnt sure about that question, but that could be a possibility but wouldnt that affect my clown, yellow tang, corals, and all the other inverts??

If there was an electrical current things would be getting shocked = dead. Im thinking about what it could be, the only things we havent talked about, which I may be completely in the wrong direction, but maybe aeration problems?
That or the metals seems to be the most viable things. Check for copper and such.

Did you buy your tank new or was it a used one? Some used tanks can be real problems for aquarium owners down the road (leaching meds, reptile urine etc). BTW you are acclimating your fish correctly, it's called osmotic shock and it is very real and kills a lot of fish. It is mostly due to a difference in SG rather than pH though.

The tank i got used from my uncle he had a freshwater set up with it. I cleaned it really good before setting it up.

if he used any meds, they can leech out of the silicone, even after you cleaned it really good.
i dont think thats the problem though considering you have inverts in the tank. have you had the inverts long, or are they new?

Lets look at this again, your nitrates are 20? If that's the case something is not quite right. Is the skimmer working efficiently? Do you have enough water flow? It seems to be a simple X factor that is causing your problems so it should be easy to fix once we find it.

On the nitrates they were up to 100 3 months ago because i was only doing 10 gallon water changes every 2 weeks, but i started doing 20 gallons every week and the trates slowly have been coming down, there just about at zero now. The alkalinity is fine. That & the PH were one of the first things i checked.

On the water flow my return pump has tow outlets and its about 1200 GPH. I also have 2 powerheads pointed at the surface and one other one towards the lower part of the tank.

try ordering off line, like from this site. they always have healthy stock. i cant think of anything else, so im going with the animals were no good from the start.
and keep trying to get those nitrates at zero. 20 isnt bad, but zero is better.
