What is ideal temperature to cycle a QT?

I have a 12 gallon quarantine tank starting to cycle (including a couple of dead shrimp) and wondered what is the best temperature range for cycling it?
(Once it is cycled I will try to get it to match the temp on my 90 gallon tank.)

why not have it the same temp. as your main tank now? i keep all of my tanks at 79 degrees.

Just keep all of your tanks at the same temperature unless you have a tank that requires a certain temp. As far as a quarantine, definitely run it the same as your display so that when the animal leaves the quarantine to acclimate to the display, there is no change in temperature.
