What is it? A mini shrimp?

Yesterday i removed the gravel from my tank and replaced it with sand. It was play sand from Lowes so I know this didn't come from the sand. I noticed it running/swimming across the back of the tank last night. It resembles a shrimp, about 5mm long, white body with a transparent tail that curls under its body when it stops. Anyone know what this thing is??

Yep it probably was a copepod, I use to have gobs of them in my tank. They were transparent
and looked like shrimp.
