I had to leave for 3 weeks, when I cam home my tank had completely crashed, I lost 9 fish, and only had 1 survivor. That will teach me to leave my wife in charge of the tank when I am gone! HA HA. I think I had a bad case of ich, still not sure. I did a 80% water change and everything seems fine so far. But I have noticed 3 new buds and they kind of look like small anemones, they seem translucent, they have many arms, what could they be, I have a large condi already, are they a-sexual, or is this a living organism I need to get rid of!!

Sounds like Aipstaisia. It is an anemone but it is a nuisance anemone. You don't want that in your tank. It will spread like wildfire and take over if it is. What color is it? If it is a kind of brown or purple in color, then it is Aipstasia and you want to kill it. Squirt it with lemon juice or hot water. There are also store bought remedies, one is called Joes Juice that will also kill it.
