what is my anenome doing?

I just got some new corals today so I had to move my anemone a little to make room. That was hours ago and he was fine...up untill now. Now I am watching him recede. What is going on?

sorry the camera sucks but do you notice the smaller tenacles towards the bottom when compared to the larger ones in the middle?

they do that sometimes, Deflate and blow up, where did you move it to? was it in the same spot a long time?

most of the tentacled anenomes do that when the lights are off. I only have 60 watts total, and my haitian pink tipped, and purple condi do that alot.
