I have had my tank set-up for about 10 months and dont have any fish in it now because of an ich outbreak (they are all in hypo in another tank). Tonight i was looking in the tank and noticed some small white creatures crawling around on some lace rock that is in my tank. They are about 1/8" long and just wider than a hair and kinda white looking. I have put some copods in the tank about 2 months ago, could this be what they are, if not does anyone know what this is and if I need to do anything about it? :help:

they are small about 1/8", white, they dont seem to swim, just run around on one piece of rock, the rock they are one is a piece of lace rock, with the most alge growing on it, more than any other piece on the tank.

are they worm-like? shrimp-like? without a pic, is gonna be almost impossible to ID..but they're just hitchhikers(beneficial usually)

i would say they are more like a worm, now that the light are out and just the lunar lights are on, there seem to be more, they almost look to be eating the alge, they look kinda like little fleas

Sound like pods---some are good and there are some that are very bad--search pods on this site! :happyfish
