What is the best diy sump/refugium design?

I'm looking to move from a 55 gal tank to a 120 gal tank...never had a sump/refugium and i want to build my own...i have a 29 gal tank that i could use...a tunze 9010 skimmer that i want to keep using...any advice would be great

i was told to use the tank but it is being used right now...i think it would be to big...planning on making a stand for both.

Here is a design that I am thinking about...what do u think...don't have precise measurenments yet...looking for advice...

this is the design i just built, it's only a 10gal but you get the idea.
I would move the baffles that are on the left of the skimmer to the other side of the refugium, that way you aren't sending bubbles back to your main tank.
I would also get rid of the liverock area and move everything over to make a bigger refugium area and put the liverock in there. that way you get more sand room and macro/micro algae room also.

i wouldnt put LR in the intake chamber. it will collect detritus and other things you want to remove from the water column.

Ok here is teh new design with measurements...the baffles would be 12.5" and 15"...the 15" is the middle and the 12.5 is the left and right...on the first set. the second set is the same except the 12.5 is the first and the second is 15. the width of the first chamber where the skimmer is is 8" the refugium is 16" the return is 7". What do u think? is it a good plan? advice please...the tank is 33 gal...
