I just got a 72 bowfront tank from my cuzin who gave up the hobby and im gonna set it up tomorrow I want to have 1 aggressive fish in it basically the fish with the sharpest teeth that I will feed live fish to. who is the meanest most powerful swf to put in a 72 gal tank it doesnt have to be a big fish but i want a nice show...basically the freshwater king to my knowledge would be pyrahnas so what would the swf king be ?
thanks this may sound odd but all my tanks are peaceful ones and i want a change if you are offended by my amusement of watching feeder fish be eaten by a killer im sorry in advance but its part of the hobby

Queen triggers are pretty aggressive but get huge. Parrotfish, same. Lions aren't that aggressive. Puffers can be.

i had a trigger which the stupid ppl at the lfs convinced me to buy without me doin research.... although it terrorized my tank for the whole 2 days i had it before i took it back, it was quite interesting. it would even pull snails off the glasss by biting the top of the shell and pulling
and then drop them upside down and suck their guts out.

Feeder fish are only "part of the hobby", for the most part, by uneducated and uninformed aquarists.
*Freshwater feeders nutritionally can be harmful to marine predators.
*Marine feeders can bring disease and parasites into the tank.
Fresh frozen and prepared foods are the best, even for aggressive fish. That won't give you the thrill of watching a fish tear apart another fish, but nutritionally and health-wise it's the best thing...

Fully agree! Live feeders are what people feed their fish because they are cruel. This is just like dog fighting. It does nothing for the animals and only provides entertainment.
IMHO you need to rethink your aggressive fish idea.

If you have 11 Triggers in a 180, you really don't belong in this hobby.

Never mind, I just read your other posts and have realized you're a moron whose motivation is only to torture fish.
Go have another drink.
