I like to think that I'm mentally stable, and I'm not much of an arse, however sometimes, when I am really deep in thought on a saturday night game or just relaxing out by the pool - I can not for the life of me concentrate on what my wife is thinking unless she says my name first.

i'm thinking darth may be right. i am on a coupla dating sites but the thought of meeting someone from the net scares me and so far
they have all been pervs that talk about hooking up 4 that one thing ( sax) 3 lines into their notes or they are too young. i have kids and i dont want a 22 yr old thanx

Well he did cross the line but I do agree about not giving someone full access of my house when ever they want. Or at least with out a warning. But then on second thought if they did just come in and sall what me and my wife do on our couch they would never come back lol. With that said all of us men are dogs thats what makes us men but there is a big difference between being a dog with jerky ways and straight up being a prick. Curb him there is better we are just far and few between. And by the way I met my wife on a dating site. But there are alot of nut cases on there both ways so be careful. But we are happy with a 3 month old boy now so it can happen. Just dont go into it with high hope you never know what you will find.

Here in VA if it's listed in the listing agreement as just go or something to that effect we can just take the clients and show without calling the home owner or listing agent. Otherwise we call the home owner or agent to setup an appointment. Most of the time the homeowner will leave for the time that the buyer will be coming by to look at the home.
This is done whether there is a lockbox on the home or not.
