As the title says.
Off the top of my head...toby puffers...don't try them in a 15 though...any aggressive fish is going to produce way too much waste for a 15 gallon. Gonna have to upgrade if you want the aggressives
.

Any dottyback is a very aggressive little fish. Fridmani Pseudochromis are being homegrown now and may do well in a small tank. Those little anglers, mentioned above are neat fish that come in about a dozen colors. I'm nit-picking; but is a fish that just sits and waits for food really aggressive? I don't consider even the biggest lions to be aggressive either, just a predator.

Angler or a mantis shrimp .
I thought about a mantis, but wasn't sure how big they got...then finally realized this was no fish at all, so I did not bother looking into it
. Did not think of the anglers. I don't know much specific info on them...have a 10 and 20 gallon not being used...hmm

If the tank is small then I would go with the peacock mantis. Add a rock rubble pile in the middle. He will arrange it how he wants. They are aggressive little buggers and like live foods, but will eat non live. The have a lot of personality.
What sized tank are you looking to have?

I believe in another thread he said that the intended tank was to be 15 gallons.

That would be perfect for a mantis...if it isn't glass. They can break the glass if they want to. There are not mean, aggressive, fish that will go into a 15. I would not consider a damsel nor a dottyback "aggressive", especially by themselves. They can be mean toward others, but certainly not predatory.

You can put a piece of plexiglass under the sand on the bottom of the tank and thus avoid the "broken" glass issues . What happens is they will dig their burrow and they hit the glass bottom . They think it is just a rock or a shell of some kind in the way and they begin to strike at it trying to continue their tunnel . Thus cracking the bottom of the tank . Also do not tease them and encourage them to hit the side of the tank and you'll be fine .
