What is this and how should i treat it?

The fin is actually fine, that is more scarring on the skin behind the fin actually, not a good angle. Yesterday i noticed a small white spot not hardly as big as any of those, this morning i found him with these spots. Actually hes been the aggressive one and hes now in a QT tank and being medicated for bacteria, i just wanted to make sure thats what it was. I got new camera in today and took these pics this morning and he went straight into QT from there.
