What is this brown stuff on my cowfish??

Can someone please help me identify this brown stuff on my cowfish.It is brown and looks like its hairy.My tomato clown had about 4 brown spots on him last night but only had 1 on him this morning.I have never seen anything like this.They are both eating fine and very active.They are housed with a snowflake eel, Two Lionfishes and a purple tang and noe of the rest of them have any signs of the brown spots on them...If anyone has any ideas please let me know....Thanks Sweetpea

How are the fish behaving aside from the spots? Also, what are your water readings, including pH?

Temp 82 ph8.0 salt 1.20 fish are acting normal and eating well.

Are these spots like skin discoloration blending in with the skin, or does it look like slime, erosion, etc.?
What is your salinity so low?

Actually it looks like hes got hair growing on him.Here is one more picture of him.Notice all the brown on him.It actually looks like hair growing.Notice on top of his head you can see that it looks like hair.Everyone I ask about it says they have no idea what it could be...Thanks....Sweetpea

Just the cowfish.The tomato clown has a little brown spot on his side but it doesnt look the same as the cow.I just found a piece of that growing on his left eye also.I took him out of the main tank and have put him in qt tank....All other fish are fine and no signs of it on them.They are all active and eating well..I am stumped as to what this could be.I was told that because the cow moves so slow that it could be algae growing on him.Think that could be a possibilty?Thanks
