what is this crab?

anyone have any idea what kind of crab this is? I think it is a teddy bear but I am not sure. He appeared from out of the blue.

he is 2 to three inches. He is big. One of my shrimp live right next to him and the crab lives behind my mushrooms

I did a quick search here, pasted the search results page. You may want to look through the results. It could be a teddy bear or maybe a gorilla crab. Every time I see a pic similar to yours it is recommended to take it out. Take a closer look at the claws, if pointed and not blunt then take it out. HTH some
 
That is a gorilla crab. I have one in my 55. He was a hitchhiker from florida live rock. He is big but he does not seem to mess with anyone. However, I watched him pull a dead anthias into the rocks which i never seen again. So id say he is a great scavener, I believe they like to eat snails but ive never actually seen him take out a snail. I give him the benefit of the doubt. IMO you dont have alot to worry about.
