What is this creature ???

Can someone please help me identify this..
I know it's just the outer skin..
I found another one about a month ago, alot larger.

its a pod they are a good thing for the tank.

I thought Pods were very small ??? Like Copepods...
It almost looks like a baby shrimp...

yeah there are so many different species of them and they all look different and are different sizes. I did have a picture of different ones but I cant find it right now.

Looks like an amphipod to me. Good, larger version of a pod.

No, those are found all over the intertidal zone, especially where we all live. Perfectly fine. I look at them as a little less food I have to feed my fish.
