What is this creature

I just found 2 1 inch pink little worm like creatures with what look like spikes up the sides of the body. Are these good or bad?

I would guess some type of Polychaete aka Bristle Worm. Most likely it's a beneficial detrivore to clean up after any messes. It's a good think IMO.
