What is this Fish?

I saw these fish at the city aquarium they were in a compleetly dark tank and they flashed light on their body sorta like an indiglo on a watch. what are they were can i get them and how do i take care of them?

that is not them i think that they called them flash fish of somthing

they are called flashlight fish ( photoblepharon palperbratus )they are shaped like squirrelfish and have a spot under there eye they can flash when they want to its not found often in the pet trade though
