The first pic does look like a nassarius, but the latter looks more like a cone snail to me. Here, take a look at the shell coloration in this pic:

Got any better pics? They all sorta get only a small portion so it's really hard to tell.

well i have 300 lbs of live rock im finding lots of stuff i never bought. i moved it to my 30 gallon tank cause i didnt know if it was reef safe...

Could it be a horse conch?

it is a tulip snail they can get up to 10 inches long and 4 inches wide found around Fl and like sandy grassy bottums.
