What is this in my sandbed?

Looks like an abandoned Bristleworm tunnel.

no look closer in the tunnel in the red ...there is somthing in there moving around.

Could be a deposit feeding worm of some kind.

its one thing kinda like a pod of some kind i think...not worms...ill try and get a better pic

I can't see it. It could simply be an Amphipod that is hiding in the tunnel.
