What is this in the tank??

I always find it interesting to see what is going on in the tank with the lights out. Tonight I couldnt sleep so I went down stairs and turned on the light in the room of my 92 gallon corner with live rock and live sand. I found what looked like hair coming out from the live rock. It seemed to move with purpose and even started to go in when I left the light on in the room. I thought for a second that it was my wife's hair as she manages to kill most of what I find enjoyable anyway and that maybe she put her hair in the tank. Considering the purposeful movements of this obvious organism.... I dont think so.
What is this??? Should I care ???

Sounds like spaghetti worms, were they white? If so they are harmless and will help with cleaning detritis and stuff like that. :D

I have seen these little white worms on my LR and it kinda freaked me out. It's good to find out that they are pretty harmless.
