I found at least two of them in my tank. White, about 1/4in. long, dark head and two black eyes, sort of like a worm, but not so skinny. Its tail(everything but the head) undulates like you wouldn't believe, please help me ID it.
What is this little critter???

hey wait, lemme change something, the body is now a dark yellow, then light near the head then brown at the head
