What is this on my live rock?

I got three of these guys on some live rock i just added to my new setup (first aquarium). at first, i didn't think much about it, but now i noticed they are moving around. what is it?

hmm, i'm new to this, but i have seen these are considered a pest. wow this hobby is all about constantly researching stuff. thats cool.
