the pirst pic looks like q tip sponge , there common filter feeders in newer tanks. second pic is hard for me to make out but could just be some macro algae or a Hydrozoan.

Agreed on the q tip sponge, I have them in my tank, harmless filter feeders. No idea on the second pic though.
