What is this red stuff??

I am having a really hard time gettin a good pic of this, but it is red, light, kinda like the texture of a mushroom, but I don't think it is one....it moves with the current....
Altho it looks like it on the top...those are not bubbles

I don't know.. it does look bubbly in the pic, but you said it's not.
I like whatever that coral is on the left side of the pic with the orange base.. I'll take a closeup pic of that

I know it looks bubble in the pic, that's why I tried to physically describe it too....it's very light...almost like if it wasn't attached it would float....know what I mean

I can't remember what that stuff is called, but I had it on some of my LR. It didn't harm anything. I actually kind of liked it and was mad when the fish and the CUC ate it
