It might be difficult for folks to ID from that pic, maybe you could find it on one of these sites:

Only thing i can guess from those sites is possibly a copepod. It says a good sign of healthy tank and you usually find them on the glass which is where he was at.

Not a copepod, they are quite small. Without magnification, copepods look like tiny white specs on the glass. I think TeresaQ might be right, sadly.
check your zoas, where there is one, there usually is more also look for eggs, - they look like a white swirl. Dip your colonies and scrape off any eggs.

Thanks Teresa, like slice said...amazing ID. During my water change tomorrow I will be looking for more and dipping. Glad I found him on the glas because if it wast for that, I don't think I would have ever found him.
They take on the color of your zoos, - you can do a fresh water dip - just match temp and ph if you can. dip them and swish them around. Then look at the closed polyps, thats where they lay thier eggs.
