What is this thing?

I think it is a Kenya, the brown thing in the middle. It's not a xenia, as it doesn't have the little fingers on one branch.

I just bought this 10 gallon tank from a nice lady, that didn't know what this was. When I looked at the picture I thought it was a xenia. From other pictures I have looked at on the net it could be a Kenya? What do you guys think?

Yes, I see that. I am trying to figure out what is wrong.

Looks like Kenya Tree to me. Under good lighting, it can grow like a weed. Heres some of mine for you to compare...
