This tube will extend the pump from the skimmer a little. It will also seperate the water pump from the air pump. The old pump will have the air inlet taken off so it just pumps water. I will use an old air pump to pump air into the tube. The green in the middle is an airstone, used to be used in a freshwater tank to create a wall of bubbles. The tube should soak air bubbles out into the stream of water. I have a variable air pump, so I am hoping I can control bubble size and amount without slowing the water flow down.
