I do not recommend doing anymore freshwater dips. FW dips should only be done when a fish is so heavily infested with ich that it is having a hard time breathing (like when the parasites are taking over the gills and impairing them from working as they should). The FW dips take care of the ich on the fish but not those in the water. Hyposalinity kills the ich in the water, thus taking care of all the ich (eventually).
90 degrees is too high. You don't even need to raise the temperature at all since you'll be leaving the tank fallow anyway. If you really wanted to though, anywhere between 82-86 is fine. The added heat just speeds the ich's life cycle up. It doesn't necessarily kill them.
