I got it out of my filter last night and there all over the place. Maybe a pod, I don't know. Is it a good type or bad type???

Kinda looks like an amphipod. How old is the tank?

Tank is 6 months old and everything is going great. A reef tank with lots of stuff that has been carefully screened before going into the tank
