what is this

this is growing on one of my live rocks and I can't seem to find anything that looks like it in the hitchhiker threads anywhere. It is starting to spread a little so I wanted to make sure it was a good guy and not somthing I need to be concerned with.

I am not sure from the pic but are they like fuzzy white tubes? If so they may be Q-tip sponge. Sign of a healthy tank.

I have a lot of Q-tip sponges that are way smaller than this thing...it is probably the size of a 50 cent piece and it is wrapping around to the other side of the rock it is attached to . It is growing rather rapidly too . I noticed it about 3 weeks ago when it was really just a speck with tentacles and now it is a big blob with tentacles. it does not move at all .
