well....could be a couple of angry little polyps that haven't opened (how long has it been like this?)
or....the beginings of some strange macro algae or sponge....
Sorry I couldn't give you a more definitive answer but....do you have more pics?

well the picture is not very clear
nor is the angle in witch you took the picture at (a weird slant lookin down?).
scrub your tanks front glass before you take your pictures. (the algae takes away from the clearness) also
take a few more pictures with your tank lights ON and your Flash OFF. take one at eye level too

It has been like that never looks any diff lights on or off..The tank was in the middle of a redo when the pic was takin took some rocks off the glass . the cam sucks that i use kadak easy share c643 ..
After look awhile i think its a Zoos - Snake i think
